2019 Ford Figo Facelift Features Variants And Details Revealed In Images

• New 1.2-litre and 1.5-litre petrol engines.
• Older 1.5-litre diesel unit has been retained.
• Available in three variants with the flagship Titanium Blu bearing the sporty flag.

. The biggest change, however, has been made to the powertrains as it now gets not one but two new petrol engines Have a look at the flagship Titanium Blu variant in the pictures below.

• The Figo gets cosmetic changes similar to its international counterpart, the Ka hatchback. It gets new bumpers and side stickering.

• From the side, the Figo facelift retains the silhouette of the older car.

• The grille on the Blu variant has been blacked out like the older 'S' variant but gets a new pattern. On the Titanium variant, the grille gets a chrome mesh.

• The new bumper features a swooping C-shape which, in the Titanium Blu variant, is blacked out with a blue insert. This design in the Titanium variant gets chrome inserts.

• The flagship variant gets 15-inch gloss-black alloy wheels. The same are replaced by 14-inch units in the lower variants.

• The ORVMs get a gloss black cover in the Blu, where the lower variants get a body-colour cover. Both the Titanium and Titanium Blu gets turn indicators on ORVMs.

• The Titanium Blu variant also gets a black roof.

• At the back as well, the revised bumper gets a similar design as the front.

• The bootgate remains the same but gets a new sticker.

• Rear parking sensors are now standard on the Figo and a rear camera os available as well. Other safety features include six airbags and ABS with EBD. The new petrol-AT further gets ESP, TCS and HLA.

• The Blu variant gets side stickers as well.

• Inside, the Figo gets a revised interior with a 7-inch floating touchscreen being the key highlight.

• The steering wheel now gets a leather wrap with mounted controls for audio and calls on the left. The driver now also has the convenience of a push-button start-stop and automatic headlamps.

• This 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system isn't the same as seen on the Aspire. It misses out on Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

• Engine options now available with the Ford Figo are a 1.5-litre diesel with a 5-speed manual. The petrol lineup is new with two 3-cylinder engines. The 1.2-litre motor gets a 5-speed manual transmission and the 1.5-litre engine gets a 6-speed torque converter automatic. The diesel engine makes 100PS of power with 215Nm of torque. The small petrol makes 96PS/120Nm and the bigger petrol produces 123PS/150Nm.

• The Figo gets fabric upholstery with blue contrast stitching and the Blu badging on the top variant.
