2020 Auto Expo Participating And Attending Manufacturers Complete List


The will be held at the India Expo Mart in Greater Noida from February 07 - February 12, 2020. With the Indian automotive industry going through a slew of changes, we expect many new technologies, including a host of BS6-compliant vehicles, to be present at what is undoubtedly India's premier motor show. With the electric vehicle (EV) revolution picking up steam in India, a handful of new EVs are expected to dominate the show. Apart from that a host of newcomers like MG and Kia are also expected to be present with their future portfolio. The Indian automotive industry is currently facing its biggest slump in almost three decades and we're sure every manufacturer is hoping for the expo to reinvigorate things a bit. So as we inch towards the 2020 Auto Expo, here's a comprehensive list of all the manufacturers expected to be present at the 2020 Auto Expo.
Maruti Suzuki:

India's largest carmaker, Maruti Suzuki, will naturally make its presence felt at the 2020 Auto Expo. For the 2020 edition, we expect Maruti Suzuki to showcase its updated models in its portfolio. This includes and S-Cross as we all know the manufacturer will be discontinuing diesel variants across its range. CNG variants of their bread and butter models are also expected to be showcased as Maruti has reported that all their entry-level models will come with the eco-friendly fuel option in the future. Other expected models include the premium Wagon R (XL5) as well as the facelifted Vitara Brezza.

Maruti Suzuki, we have just one request straight from the heart. Please bring us the Jimny. At least showcase it here so we can touch, feel and dream about it. If brought, we'll forgive you for not bringing it around at the 2018 Expo.
Hyundai:

Hyundai, the second manufacturer leading the sales chart in India, will be present for the 2020 Auto Expo. The carmaker had some high profile launches this year like the Venue and Grand i10 Nios and both had a good amount of success. For the 2020 Auto Expo, the trendsetter at the Hyundai stall is likely to be the next-gen Hyundai Creta that to make it to the pavilion as well.
Tata Motors:

One of India's largest carmakers, Tata Motors is expected to make its presence at the Expo with a handful of green vehicles that the carmaker is extensively testing in the Himalayas. Apart from that, we expect the H2X, the highly anticipated Altroz and Altroz EV, the Harrier 7-seater as well the Harrier automatic variant to be showcased at the Tata pavilion.
MG Motor:

Morris Garages, which has been riding the success wave in India with the Hector, will be making its Indian Auto Expo debut next year. The most happening event at the MG Motor India pavilion could be. Expect it to launch in India way later though, as Morris Garages is concentrating on an SUV-only portfolio for the first three years in India.
Kia Motors:

Volkswagen:

After missing the 2018 Auto Expo, Volkswagen could be back at the 2020 iteration of India's largest motor show. And fret not, you won't be seeing just the decade-old Polo, Ameo and Vento. Rather, Volkswagen would be showcasing the next crop of cars it is planning to launch here. This includes the. And considering India's shift to electric mobility, we hope VW displays the recently unveiled ID.3 electric hatchback.
Skoda:

Czech carmaker Skoda, which recently merged with VW to form Skoda Auto Volkswagen India, is also expected to be present at the 2020 Auto Expo. French carmaker Renault is expected to make its presence at the 2020 Auto Expo. While the carmaker will showcase its recent launches like as the oil burner is set be discontinued post the implementation of BS6-emission norms.
Mercedes-Benz:

German carmaker Mercedes-Benz could also grab a space in the Auto Expo, with its stunning EQ electric range of cars taking centre-stage. This includes the EQC electric SUV and the and the recently introduced 7-seater GLB. What's more? All these SUVs will eventually make it to India. While details aren't available, don't forget to look for some new Maybach and AMG models at the stand.
