North Korean claims test of new weapon with 'powerful warhead'

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un oversaw the testing of a new tactical guided weapon, state media said on Thursday. The weapon has a "peculiar mode of guiding flight" and "a powerful warhead", The official KCNA agency said.
